chief complaint of a right lower quadrant abdominal (RLQ) pain, the primary
health care physician must be able to
RESOLVE THE RLQ ABDOMINAL PAIN
in such a way that the
patient does not end up
DEAD
WITH ANY
KIND OF COMPLICATION AND DISABILITY
and in such a manner
that the patient
IS SATISFIED
DOES NOT
FILE A COMPLAINT, MORE SO, A MALPRACTICE SUIT.
Management must be
RATIONALE
EFFECTIVE
EFFICIENT,
and
HUMANE
and must consist of the
four functions of
RAPPORT
DIAGNOSIS
TREATMENT,
and
ADVICE
